Its not that :/

I get this at the begining as soon as I open Photoshop:
"The Monitor Profile Dell15615... appears to be defective. Please rerun your monitor calibration software."

my Brushes are weird, they arent smooth I dont know, And they are too hard, i tried in the options to smooth it and make hardness less, but its not working, and white and black are also weird...

So guys, try to help me please, I repaired the colors problem, now the colors are fine! But I got this brush problem when I stroke, All Brushes stroke the same, there is no difference beetween them, Hardness doesnt matter, Its always Very very hard, and not smooth, anyone got an idea?
