Random groups?

Is there the ability to generate random groups from the current pool of teams? France 98 had it but the 2002 version didn't from what I remember.

Both qualifiying for the world cup and actually in the world cup you can both randomize the groups, manually change them or leave them how they started off.

and you can also swap the teams without the randomize thing
