Saw Robinhos video on as.com this morning and if anyone has doubts after watching this video, then, your hopeless. He clearly stated that he wants to go to Chelsea. It was so clear. Now, I owe this to a few factors. #1) Seems like he demands first team play no matter what (I mean as a starter). Doesn;'t like subbing 2) Being a pawn in Calderons master plan to bring in Ronaldo. 3) More money?

I like the guy but if he wants to go, then what can you do? Sit him down the whole season? Sell him? Wait ayear with him sitting in the stands and see how much you can squeeze from Chelsea, etc?

This is the one that did it.. So I would lay the blame on calderon for unsettling him. Now if it is his wish to leave, as it seems it is, then I say, thank you for your work, and good luck.

I say F.... U Robihno....that's what I say, he opened his mouth first after the Brazil-Canada friendly, up to that point there had been no talk of trading him for CR....I have a bad feeling about this season already...Robben can more than cover for Robihno if he stays healthy and that is a big if, this is probably his longest health strech in almost three seasons, truly worrisome.....also FU to his agent, who is a money hungry bastard....

and finally, FU Calderon, in spite of the club's success, he chooses to do the wrong things at the wrong time....idiot...

and to Arnau, how many times will I have to tell you that just because I live in USA doesnt mean I dont know anything about Madrid or Spain.....just because I dont hate Barca to death like you do ( and believe me I dont like Barca at all) doesnt mean I dont understand the rivalry, I just happened to grow up and realize that at the end of the day there are bigger things than football in this world, i suggest you do the same

btw tragic accident in madrid, barajas airport. a plane starred and 140 persons already dead.

Indeed, RIP to those people and my prayers go out to their families.

On, on to Robinho. So, basically he is going (most likely) to Chelsea to get that contact that we won't give him. That's basically the only reason he is moving is becuase we don't want to pay him the 5 million euro contract after taxes. I could go on all day long on who is right and wrong but at the end of the day the club decided to not give him that kind of contract and he wants to leave to Chelsea now because they will. No use crying over anything, I think the final price would be around 40 million euros which is a good price. Now the only problem is knowing what we are going to do with that...maybe we will buy a versatile forward/winger player or who know?

Either way should be interesting:D

just saw the interview, ******* little twat.

ah well **** happens people move on we have robben and drenthe and with the 40 mill we can get for him, its not such a big deal.

hel flop anyway, and i see him coming back to the spanish league or going back to brazil in a couple of years for peanuts.

shame really because he could of achieved something big at real madrid, i really cant see him coping with the physicality of the premierleague especially at chelsea. i dont know maybe hell prove me wrong.

players come and go and we have to move on. thanks for ur time and effort now piss off, u money grabbing whore!!!

now who could we get for money? Ribery wouldnt be bad, he can play on the left or right, he wouldnt really need to adjust to the team he would fit in perfectly.

Youth Team
in my opinion the team is much weaker than last year now...

with robinho missing, vdv who is centerplayer has to play on right wing and raul and rvn are already a year older again...& there are many other things

i dont know which tactic is behind this strange behaviour. no doubt vdv is nice player, but we dont need him because there are many alternatives for his position.

in my opinion robinho should have been the young striker that madrid is searching for. no hunter, no capel or anyone else. but who cares.. its too late.

Fan Favourite
The picture i got about Robinho was that he was being used as a makeweight in the Ronaldo deal, if that was true then I could see why he'd be angry.

Jaboldinho

Fan Favourite
I really don't think it's the right move for him. He isn't physical enough to play in England, plus Chelsea is famous for buying star players to warm the bench.

Also, my thoughts are with the families of the deceased in the tragic plain accident. There was a Finnish woman in the plane too, but she somehow managed to save herself. RIP all, and strenght to the close ones.

Calderon still sais he thinks Robinho will stay. He said he will not hold him, if it is his wish to go to chelsea, but he has to ask for a break of his contract and in this case robinho would have to pay about 150m€ to Real Madrid. Well, he even said Robinho wouldnt have to pay all 150millions, but I think its much money although. The player has to think about his decision now.

Well I still feel that this is all his agent's fault who saw a greater money oportunity in England and put Robihno all in fuss about it, ...either way I feel that for once Calderon and Schuster have both done the right thing, Calderon said, if he wants to leave then leave already but submit a letter like any professional should and state your desire to leave on paper, not thru the media and then pay your contract buyout, but we are not going to be pressured into selling....and I only agree because it is so late in the transfer window that now it will be nearly impossible to find an adecuate replacement....and then on the second hand I like what Schuster just said; when asked on why he called up Robihno to the Valencia match tomorrow he stated that since Robihno had not told him personally, not thru other people, that he didnt want to play and since he was fit, he was lining him up against Valencia, that ough to teach Robihno a lesson on manhood.....seems like a lot of this high profile players have the behavior patterns of 6 year olds, for an example see CR and now Robihno

Im sorry but he is getting paid a ton of money for playing football! It's adream job! He needs to suck it up! I dont think Calderon was wise in throwing Robinhos name out there but still. How sensitive he is! I dont want to force any player to stay with us unlike other clubs. If he wants to leave, lets make sure we get a ton of money for him...otherwise, sit him in the stands as a spectator and lets not let this ruin our chemistry.

I do live in the EEUU but i have news for you. I am Spanish, have lived there. My father was aReal Madrid socio as I am. On top of that, I read read read a ton and am very into history. I know alot about Spain. I am tired of people like you who love to portray yourselves as "freedom fighters" and romanticize things. You guys think Madrid is evil, bla bla bla. All this political reasons why we are so bad. Lets get one thing straight. All of this, for the most part, stems from the Civil war. And I have news for you. Our civil war had no good guys or bad guys like you lot love to believe. Between the anarchists/communists and the rest of the "freesom fioghters" lots of atrocities were commited, including slaughtering clergy and innocent people. You disgrace yourselves by believing you were the ones in the right BS! It was a war with no good or bad, just conflicting ideologies! Period. Maybe you would be happier if Spain were communist today? I don't think so.

I have afeeling he will fail in the EPL. Just a feeling. I think he should ssuck it up and play football for us but if he really is set on going, bye! What more does he want? We have people on this planet going to bed hungry, kids starving for this little kunt and others alike to fuss about superficial things like this. Disgusting! F him!

It doesnt matter to me whether robinho will be good in london or not. at least this is not what im thinking about. i just think how he will behave when he stays. schuster said he still thinks its not robinhos wish to go to london, even if he said this in efe interview. i personally like robinho, lets see how he will play this evening.

well, I personally think yer President is a nutcase when it comes to dealing with players, as far for Robinho's concerned, I don't think he's joining us for sure because we've only got a few days before the deadline is closed. God knows how long these kind of deals go on.

I remember Robben leaving us when he promised he would stay, that was a big letdown to me, but didn't stop me from wanting him to do well at Madrid since I was a big fan of the player when he was at our club. Don't know how u guys feel with Robinho tho.

Heinze 8| watching him play reminds me of that article that Adriano was talking about how dirty the Argentine players are on the field.

What a match! Thanks to Justin.tv too! I gotta say Robben had amonster game, and the DelARed strike was the icing on the cake! Good thing we have him. 2 Players down and we still played a fantastic game. Says alot about the spirit of our team. I can't rave enough about Robben. Not only i she ultra talented but he sweats the shirt as much as anyone! And, when he;s at the top of his game, he plays like he's the best player in the world, no question.

Oh, sorry but Robinho has to go. This was the last straw. Sitting in the back row of our bench, unmoved and pouting.....See ya!
