I read you guys are interested in De Rossi, that would boost your midfield. I think him and Xabi in the midfield would make for a hell of a duo, not better than our of course hehe(H)

No, of course. But they do it very often. It's not just they need to defend. Every team needs to defend. They have great defense that even just 4 of them can defend very well. They don't need Eto'o as RB. Inter attacks with only Snejideer and Milito, and sometimes Eto'o and Pandev. That's disgusting.

The point is that he has a team which can do very well even if they always attack. Ok, not maybe against Barça, but com'on, Bayern or Roma aren't superpowers ...

But, ok, I admit this is arguable. Personally, I don't like this kind of football. For me, a title is more valuable when it's won with a good football. That's how I see football. That's why I love Barcelona, or why I admire the game Arsenal or Bayern play.

Buti, it's not like Inter play defensive "park-the-bus" football every match. They attack in Serie A against the weaker teams as hard as they can. When they need to defend, they defend, it's just smart.
yup

exactly!

mourinho doesnt give consistency, he gives titles and an exit
well, that was when he had places to go, things to do ... but Spain is the last of the "big" leagues that he is going to coach in, and he's already won every trophy in the other 2 ... so, since there are no more big leagues to move onto, there is a chance that he could settle in at Real Madrid for a few years, as he waits for Alex Ferguson to retire ...

How is Pellegrini not a consistent manager, 96 points in a season? only beaten once at home?

Mourinho is a very good manager, but he gets more praise for him wanting all the show from the media. He is not "special". He isn't the first manager to win a treble, and not the first to win 2 cl's with different clubs. He is just another very good manager, who has repeated what others have already done, simple as that.

Are you serious about those comments??

as for the talk of him coming to Real.. Hey, I welcome the guy with open arms. But will agree that all this Manager switching season after season is a joke and one that have always been unhappy about. You have to admit though, you can't compare Pelle to Mourinho.

Don't get me wrong, Mourinho as I said Mourinho is a very good manager, could be the best of all time some day. But he is not the best manager ever at this moment, he hasn't done anything nobody else hasn't. He dubbed himself the "special one". He can be an evil tactical genius, but there are other geniuses out there Sir Alex, Ancelotti, etc... I'm not putting Pep, because he is like Mourinho right now, they both have the chance to become the best ever, but it is unfair to put them along the likes of Sir Alex.

Give Pellegrini 2 years at Real and see if he can't achieve greatness, 96 points wtf??

Only two other legends such as Hitzfeld and Hernst were able to win two CL with two different team, and they did it when they were much older in their career. Inter is only the 6th team to have won the treble....just because Barca did it recently does not dimish the greatnest of the achievement.

So while I dont think Mou is the best in the world he is definetly not just some dude either

well what he has done in the span of 7 years with three different clubs in three different leagues...

and Like I said, I wouldn't mind giving Pelle another year, but because Mourinho will be available... why pass on the opportunity. At least that's my opinion

I don't think anyone here has been comparing Mourinho with Sir Alex or Ancelloti... Mourinho (just like Guarduola) is in line to become one of the best ever managers.

Agreed! That was my point, he has done great things. But he still has some way to go, I think he will be th best some day. He will be successful at Real, no doubt about that.

BTW lets agree to disagree, its just opinions.

I heard Maicon was one of your major targets, much needed boost to your defence. Mou wants Ramos at CB, but I think he will put him on the left, he can't sit Pepe and Albiol. I wonder what Mou is gonna play with you guys, 4-3-3, 4-2-3-1????

----------Higuain---------

Silva?-----Kaka----Ronaldo

-----Xabi----Gago/De Rossi?

Sergio--Pepe--Albiol--Maicon?

----------Casillas---------

Not bad eh, hire me:blush:

Yeah he is doesnt have the quality to play in RM...no nearly...he gets embarrased by the bigger teams, maybe a team like Atleti could use him....Gago is a goner so its kind of pointless to talk about it
