you have got lass, essien its also a destructive player, you need someone creative like xabi alonso or winston bogarde.

Lass is not as good a box to box mid as Essien, who is much better on the ball and has other upsides to his game. He might not be Xabi creative but he can get forward on his physical power alone. Chances of this happening are very unlikely and we are most likely going to get Xabi who I like as well.

Edit - BTW I hear we now want to get Benzema...Lyon pres has said he could be sold and they have showed interest in Hunty. I would be happy with that, Hunty plus cash deal for Benzema.

Would anyone be opposed to getting Benzema?
Some didnt want C.Ronaldo, some did. Some dont want Villa or Ibra, some do.

strong, fast, runs at defenders and rounds keepers. all the assets of R9 and benzema

would probably have prefered villa because he is proven in la liga where as benzema is young and would take time but i hope we havnt given up on huntelaar? hes only been here half a season not started many games and grabbed like 8 goals?

i would love maicon but surely that would mean the end of ramos??? he is best at RB and just signing albiol and getting garay back from loan means we are covered for CB...
