The following european leagues are also listed in Soccernet.com (Europe>Other Leagues..). You will have to go through individual teams and then Roster Stat to look at the player names.
Turkey, Greece, Belgium, Austria, Denmark & Switzerland

For Bulgaria you have to subscribe to http://www.soccerassociation.com/43/ to look at the squad for the league teams.

For the other South American/Concacaf/African/Asian... leagues go to Soccernet.com and look under Global.

If you meant the national squads then Fifa.com is a good place to look. You might have to do some research on those as the players change so often on the national teams.
