I see no problem with making faces like bin Laden or Bush, I even though about "fameous people patch" with teams full of stars/politics etc. what could be quite funny to play with (Hannavald face for example and same man with 99 jumping skills, Terminator (Arnie's wtih glasses) with 99 of shooting, Schumacher (always in his Ferrari cap) with 99 of speed and acceleration etc etc.)
maybe you could do some faces and someone with too much time on his hands :P could make an option file with two teams like that..just an idea

i did find it kind of funny; but then again this kinds of jokes are not for everyone; then again if he posted a face of bush ; then their i would be mad cause he is such as a Killer as BIn laden ; sending thousands of american troops to be kill & to kill poor people in poor countries such as Irak or Afghanisthan; so thats why i did find it kind of funny cause it says kill bush.
