Realistic Stadium Names

Hi,

Please help!

I tried a modfrom Fifa 12 , I think from regularcat, to edit the db and add the realistic stadium names, this worked up until I updated from EA.
Does anyone know why this has stopped working...

The mod is as below:-

import instructions
---------------------

export the database (fifa_ng_db & fifa_ng_db-meta) from data0.big w/ texture editor 12
open dbm11 & load the database (fifa_ng_db & fifa_ng_db-meta) you extracted
scroll down until you see stadiumassignments & click on it
select import single table & browse to my patch & click import
save the database (fifa_ng_db & fifa_ng_db-meta)
enjoy

Thanks for the response Regularcat, Like I said in my post it worked with your patch up until I allowed EA to update and even though the Realistic stadium names are still in fifa_ng_db.db they dont show in the game
I'm sure a man of your talent would soon sort it.

i have just looked at my data and i have half of the leagues done.

here is what i have completed.

I would help if I could... please tell me what I need to do...

I also hope this encourages others (who knows what to do) as it's cetainly an enhancement to the game having the realisitic stadium names than just the EA made up ones...

you need to get the teams ids and place their stadium name next to the id in the next column like this.

stadiumcustomname teamid
Emirates Stadium 1

all the leagues i posted above i have finished.

it is missing a bunch of teams no longer in the game and team added to the game and some stadium names have changed.

there is still a lot left to do, i have already done half of it.

you need excel, dbm 14 and google.

Hi Regularcat,
I have imported the stadium names saved and deleted the squads etc but there're still not showing up in the game
I think I have accounted for the database in bh files (using FifaTextureEditor) as I can modify colours, kits etc in the database and they do show in the game..
Not sure if I need to re generate but I thought it wouldn't hurt except I can't find an uptodate link to Iard86's BH Regenerator

Please could you post a link and any further advise help would be great

Hi Regularcat and guys..
I have sorted it...
Re generating would have probably done it but I realised that when you get the updates from EA it modifies the patch.bh in the game.
There is also a fifa_ng_db.db and fifa_ng_db-meta.xml in the patch.bh which requires 'accounting for' (I use FifaTextureEditor.exe), that's what the problem was, I was accounting for the db in data0.bh and not patch.bh
Now the real stadium names are showing up in game.
A wee word of warning - they only show in careers mode not in 'Kick off' (they defaults only show there..

It would be helpful Regularcat to have the link to the regenerator if you have it

@regularcat: like every year, I always look for your real stadium name. Can you share your "stadiumassignments.txt" file ?

When I edited stadium names using CM 13, the edited names showed up in exhibition mode.
