its just filthy playing, it reminds me of the incident with Harold Schumacher in the 82 WC.I see week in week out people getting yellow cards just for having the studs showing, even when their feet are below knee level.How in gods name can a player stay on the pitch when he's karate kicked an opponent in the face.Its dirty **** and has no place.Ban him for 5 years minimum.

I think collina is a great ref and more ref should be like that, cuz most refs would just give the keeper a red card. You just compared Cantona's to Rustu's, so why can't I?.

It doesn't matter if it was a fan or not.

Cantona was provoked, Rustu was not, and Cantona's kick was no where near as potentially career threatening than Rustu's kick.

Rustu shouldn't of even been there, and who said anything about giving Rustu a ban.
