Recovery Pace Code Fix Needed

Hi SG people, I have several mods like moddingway and shorelooser's mod installed but since I have installed these mods, when I am attacking or the Ai is attacking, suddenly the defenders, both mine and the AI's lose all of their recovery pace and the attack runs right past them to have a clear goalscoring opportunity, and It seems strange, that sometimes, even though a player has better speed on my team's defence, the Ai's slower attacker just skips past them and vice versa, my slower striker can run past a quick AI defender...

Please help, if I post my cl.ini code, could someone check the code to see what is causing this since before I installed shorelooser's mod, things were normal...
