Reefur's La Liga HDTV PES4 PC Intro


this video is for PES4 ONLY!!!.....PS2 version coming later!

i thought with warpjaviers new tool id give you guys a taste of what i have in store for my UEFA CL intro later on......this is a nice la liga intro to replace the default opmov intro included in the game..many many goals and highlights....with nice music....this intro is 100% made..sourced....edited and encoded by me.....i posted some pix to show you the quality...i did not use any divx,avi,asf,wmv,quicktime,realmedia,mpg or other low resolution ..low bitrate crap found on the internet...i captured these goals as i do every week from a live HDTV 1080i feed which is close to twice the resolution of a retail dvd....so quality is as good as it will get....i used exact same bitrate as konami..my intro is just bigger due to its length.....so i encourage any players/patchmakers of PES4 PC to give it a try and see if you like it!(please give me credit if you use it in a patch please!..thank you)...i will be converting many of my previous intros from my we8jl patch and other videos for PES4 PC intros as well.....then in march....UEFA Champions League HDTV intro featuring all the goals of the last stages of the league!.....so enjoy!..i know its long but think of it as a music video......

Instructions:
unrar/unpack/extract opmov file from the included .rar file with winrar

replace the opmov file in CProgram Files\KONAMI\Pro Evolution Soccer 4\dat with this one.....and poof load game and play!

all included in one big pack...source video is all from NTSC regions so NTSC will be slightly better than PAL so use NTSC whenever possible..but PAL is also beautiful if you must...im just picky i guess.....i made ps2 intros pal and ntsc to easily fit in any ps2 version of this game that is CURRENT ie we8/pes4/we8jl/we8i usa and korea etc(dkz tools included to easily insert files)...xbox is made to be easily sent to your xbox hdd...and pc is of course easy as usual...directions inside all folders....PC version will always be best quality..as space is not a issue....xbox is 2nd best and ps2 is usually the worst due to lack of space..sure i could have made it bigger and made everyone make a new iso...but that would confuse most basic users....so enjoy folks...easy as pie.....and great quality....logos are there because its the group's logo i made it for(1 is invisible except through a filter..so plz no funny tricks)....and plus its there to prevent lil video thieves that roam this forum..."re-encoders" "converters" whatever theyre called....so enjoy.!..and make sure to read the readme file and search before asking a dumb question plz..thanks

This is absolutely brilliant. A few changes that you could do in your future versions would be to include other player names appearing on the screen like ronaldinho etc as well as ronaldo beckham and raul. Just an idea. Also smooth off teh ending and don't make it so sudden. Just being picky really

Get work though you should be really proud, how can you watch spanish footaball on your pc though, and record it.

Is HDTV only available in the US, or is it available in Europe? I did not know football was broadcast in HD. Even in the US, where they are pushing HD big time, it's still only major programmes and big sporting events that seem to be shown in HD.

thanks! internet streams are never high enough resolution or quality to ever use for a intro(although many do)....so i never use commercials from nike.com etc...those are all meant to be internet streams..not high resolution intros...although fun to watch.. ..plus i get all major la liga games in HDTV..1080i....and yes HDTV is mostly asia and usa...but i hope europe gets it soon....as this is the only way to watch football..!

heres xbox and pes pc version 2...with 1 long continuous song..rather than cut to cl preview..to make it smoother for you all.....champions league intro coming next week......and worldcup HDTV quality intros for 70's to 2002.thanks to all of you for your nice comments!!!!.and yes next time ill add more of other teams...i didnt this time cause i had so many barca vs madrid highlights.......sorry...and this intro was more of a preview of the many intros im working on...enjoy

sad how HDTV is in its infancy in some countries...hope you all get it soon....japan changed over years ago.....i watch almost everything in HDTV from japan..............and while im in usa..(i study here in california)
i have over 50 HDTV channels..and 400 other HQ channels.through a HDTV sattelite provider..most just dont look hard enough because they dont own a HDTV.....its a myth that HDTV has no channels.....every major network and movie station as well as sports....have a HDTV channel now...and yes football all the time(HDTV feed from europe..although almost no europeans use it)..not just a few matches......too bad rest of world is so slow to catch up to this......watching football in 1080i resolution/5.1 surround sound is outstanding is all i can say......not to mention all movies .....big events...tv shows.....pretty much all sports even hockey and olympics now.....i even saw lacrosse in HDTV last night ahahaha

I saw some HD while in the US over Xmas. It truly is stunning, and I am amazed it has not caught on in Europe yet. I am sure it will sooner or later. We are just not aware of it. This can't continue for too long.

Reefur, you are right in that there are alot of HD channels, but as far as mainstream programming goes, HD is not the norm. Some big shows (24, Alias etc) get shown in HD, as do most sports, but unlike the UK/Europe where every single programme on satellite/cable TV is broadcast in Digital, analogue cable still seems to prevail in the US, and with an HD set, you still seem to get quite a mix of HD, digital and analogue programming. Things are changing though, and it won't be long before all US TV channels are broadcasting in HD across the board. Once they do, and it becomes the standard, we may see it in Europe.

thank you!.....and yes a basic euro feed vs a basic usa feed the euro feed is digital and widescreen and better with the exception of that ugly framerate they use(25fps as opposed to smoother ntsc film) but i think youre thinking of cable..or maybe direct tv or other..thats here in the states....i get a 100% digital feed..even on non HDTV channels..and i get even small tv shows in HDTV....allmajor networs abc/cbs/nbc all have it..even small stations as tnt.....even foodnetwork is in HDTV......jay leno..saturday night live....the news...soap operas..concerts...all movies..on HBOHD and showtime HD...MAXHD...encore hd..i could go on and on..olympics..euro 2004..worldcup...uefa cup.....trading spaces..queer eye..LOL...and soon championsleague...literally ALL sports even MLS..i get it all in HDTV...so i think you have to see what i have before making such a statement........you are correct that many providers are lacking HDTV content...but my provider is made ONLY for HDTV.(not many people have this in the states...only 25,000 subscribed)....and whatever cant be shown in HDTV is in widesreen and purely digital......but cable and mainstream sattelite still has alot of analogue and bull**** HDTV content..thats why i researched a different option.....i hope you all get access to this technology soon.......it is a myth HDTV are too expensive and that programming isnt available.....i got my 32inch HDTV on display at store for 250$ just open box(yes cheaper than your 3d card)..unless ur looking for plasma or bigscreen.....and if youre in the usa or asia...many good HDTV options await you..although it varies from area to area......so you guys should explore if there are any options in your area..if not..itll come soon i hope!.....enjoy the intros...many many more on the way..including my worldcup goals intro! 1970's to 2002!
and possibly a euro 2004 intro.......ok break time...gonna go watch real madrid vs maccabi tel aviv in HD..i recorded..euro league basketball.....interesting how the basketball jerseys look same as the football jerseys....i like the organized look.....and the players actually play defense and run plays!..LOL unlike our nba hotshots.....

weird...first person to have this problem so far......maybe its your computer..who knows....and make sure you are using the right version as well........all have been tested thoroughly.....so you shouldnt have this error unless your computer cant handle it or maybe wrong version is in there...because i made the intros to the exact same codec..bitrate and audio as the original..just longer.......are you pal or ntsc?..and which version are you using?..ill try to help you......maybe i can sort it out 4 you....and yes i will make serie a soon!

if it ends up being a performance of cpu etc issue..for anyone..ill make a downsampled one for less powerful systems...
