Referees and Gamepads

Two very different topics but I'm having problems with both

1. I have yet to see the referees and linesmen on the pitch, does any one know why???

2. I have a firestorm dual analog 2 gamepad and the right analog worked for doing first touch in the demo, but it is not functional in the final version !!! Also I can't configure the buttons in game, only by using the firestorm software

If anybody has solutions to any of the above 2 issues...let me know TY

Answer to question 1:

put this two lines in your locale.ini

FEATURE_INGAME_REFEREE_ENABLED = 1
FEATURE_INGAME_LINESMEN_ENABLED = 1

where is locale.ini in fifa05 ?? I did a search for it but it isnt found !!! Is this for the demo ???
