i made it so players miss more shots, which is realistic.
you will notice they miss more because of the angle they are on when
they take the shot, or if the shot is rushed, play bad defense & they will shoot on goal more often.
as far as passing, shooting, etc, i feel the same way, i wont be touching that area of my ai.

The negative things are "almost" ironed out. However speed can be made slower (again I like slow, many others might love faster, personal perception). That jostle factor .... gone.
But a new factor coming up .... ball rebound off players (dont know whether thats realistic). Will discuss about this later. Another thing, as sj25 mentioned, cpu shots decreased and difficulty is also somewhat easier (but may not be also, actually the fluidity attracted me very much - thats the biggest improvement). 1:1 is now much more difficult
i can reduce speed a little more, i did fix the jostle issues.
yea fluidity is very nice now.

explain what this means a little better.
the ball bouncing off of players is missed traps, sometimes if a ball comes to hard & hits off the shin or knee its almost impossible to trap.
so i added that factor into the ai, does in not seem realistic ?
