it makes the player less robotic & the game more realistic, if you are looking for stats as opposed to reality the patch isnt for you.
i dont care about the ratings, i care about players playing as they do in reality.
what good is messi as 90 & ronaldo as a 89 if the stats dictate the way the play & they play nothing like the real life players they are.

What is the problem? This image shows that you have installed the patch correctly - the low ratings and half star prove that.
In this database, max rating of any player is 50, so most of the major players will have ratings of 40+ only, and almost all the teams are half or one star.
This is done to simulate the reality. If you feel that reality is just a number (so they should deserve 89/90) and not how they play, then think this way - all the ratings are out of 50 !
