With this pic you show a bit of improvemet . Map the nose and re-place the right eye . Sharpen the eyes and remove the shadows on the forehead . I believe in u !

Soccer 21 shut up, you can't do better for the first time.. I think you are making quite good faces and the mapping is improving. Now if you make faces make 2.5 gf textures by size 512 400 or 512 512 and use HIGH QUALITY pictures so you can make much more detailed faces. Keep up this work man!
