Removing Transfers In Career Mode

Hello guys, im facing a problem.
I want to completly remove transfers on career mode, i changed in cmsettings.ini Transfer and loans from 1 to 0 saved it regenerated,
im not becoming any transfer offer but after 1 min fifa will go down?
career mode settings Default squad, and first season transfer is on.
Hope anyone can help me

I got the same problem. To me game crashes if I decide To turn on again transfers (because I used To turn them down only during winter session)

yes i fixed it beta990 told me how.
Also by just putting Transfers to 0 isnt really possible because of yong player, expired contracts etc.
The only way is to open ini file with CFG Explorer and open Transfer.ini file
and then just put on this lines 9000
MINPLAYERDECISIONSCORELOWERRANGE=9000 // e.g. 100 to increase or 250 to decrease chance movement chance
MINPLAYERDECISIONSCOREUPPERRANGE=9000 // e.g. 100 to increase or 250 to decrease chance movement chance
you will have offers but a player will not change, it will say x Player want to play his Contract out, he is loyal etc... it works fine, just check on Calendar i believe you can just play 2 seasons , im not sure check it out.
