Replay Problem

Hi. ;)

Been editing fifa for a while now, creating new teams and leagues ect... But i've come across a problem, replays that ive saved along the way with created teams will now not play. For example, i scored a goal with the adidas predators, against the f50's (both teams i had added to the game myself, with creation master, not using the ingame tool), it was scored with gerrard. Now even though those two teams are still in my game, the replay will now not function, i think because ive edited the fifa.db and added more teams afterward.

Basically i wanted to know if anyone has come across this before, is there anyway to fix it, or do i need to use the exact fifa.db i used during the recording of it (which i dont have :/). Are there any programs out there that can be used to edit the tags on the replays so that i can change the teams it believes were playing at the time?

Anybody able to shed light on the situation would be greatly appreciated, got some corkers just sitting there not able to be played :(.
