Do not reply to threads which have been dead in the recent history, unless you have something important to say to help someone asking questions in that thread.
I have seen a number of threads become active again, when the information contained in them is no longer valid.
Any members bringing up old threads just for the sake of it will be given an immediate yellow card for post boosting, which it blatently is.
We are a small community, and I like to read through every single post to check the quality and legality of the posts.
this is not possible when people reply to threads for no reason.
By all means read the old threads, but try to avoid replying in them whereever possible
