request for custom tournament patch

I have a request for a custom tournament patch in Fifa 2004.
So if anybody can do it, I'd really appreciate it. Besides career mode and those cup tournaments, you can't really play anything else in the game. I would like to make my own tournament, to be able to choose the type (league/play offs or both), how many teams, how many groups, how many matches between the teams and so on......the kind of custom tournament Fifa '99 had, if anyone remembers.

I just can't believe they took Champions League away from tournaments... Playing in a league takes too long, in CL every match has a nerve, makes it more intense and cool to play. I know Cl is in the career mode, but then I'll have to play boring league-matches between the CL matches. So I'll love a tournament patch or something like that world cup patch someone made some days ago...
