Yes it is possible, but stadium will be dark, crowd will be lighter, you`ll not have shadows at all and the sky will be dark too. You`ll have something very bad as new stadium.

Your Import the Part in an transpary Part without New textures.

I have done this, it solves the problem with the transparency, but now the textures are squashed. however, when they were transparent, the textures were momentarily correctly mapped when viewed close up

Unfortunately Sido has strung you along for months, he is no better than MonkeyDragon. Promising the earth and coming up with very little. Let I go pal and wait for one of th other stadium makers to release it. I am sure it will be o better quality then the screens you have posted of Sido's poor attempt.

I will apologise to Sido unreservedly on the release of Upton Park. however the screenshots look good but why is the language in German and if this Fifa 13 why have West Ham got Npower Championship patches on their shirts?
