I liked Korea, but they seem to cheat a bit and the ref is so on their side.

Even though I wanted to keep Italy in the WC for my fantasy team, I just LOVE an underdog..come on Korea!

Golden Goal awaits, Number 16 (dunno his name) for Korea looked feisty when he came on at about 80th minute..could he decide it?

Totti picks up his second yellow for diving when I think it was a penalty. As much a penalty as the Korean one. Disgusting refereeing. I hope Korea get knocked out so the refs can be a bit less biased. :mad:

The World Cup is in danger of becoming a refereeing farce.

really, re look at the play, the korean nudges the ball before touching totti... but in my opinion, it shoudnt have to be a card... but that was no penalty

Monkee, would you please shut the hell up!!

Italy are cheats and the ref and Korea are exposing them for it, the goal was deserved so quit whining. Totti dived, Panucci and Coco yanked the players on teh Korean penalty. Korea worked hard and deserve a win.

Well done ref, keep the game clean!;)

Another dodgy offside against them.

Okay maybe not a penalty (as much a pen as Owen's against Argentina) but not a dive. That's a bit unnecessary jonnyboy :rolleyes:. Calm down. I don't think either team is cheating but the ref is being a blind to some things.

Well done Korea. They've played out of their skin this tournament, and don't look like stopping any time soon.

Italy can feel hard done by by the refs at every stage this tournament. Something must be done about poor refereeing, like finishing the career of some of them (particularly G Poll).

Look out Spain.

ouch.......i reallly feel sorry for Italy. Two times in a row being sent out by a late equaliser and a golden goal.

I think Totti took a dive and so deserved the yellow/red card, but still Italy had some great chances during the first 90 minutes.....

What can you expect if your controlling the game and you let it go 1:30 away from the end? Then Vieri misses at point blank in that same time frame. And since I don't want to sound like a sore loser I won't even say what I think about the Totti call.

Hopefully Spain (or Germany) will step it up, I'd like to see them go far.

Same thing at Euro 2000 finals. Gave up a goal before finish and LOST in extra time....................MAN ITALY HAS THE WORST LUCK. Not to say that ref......I can't believe he gave Totti that second yellow. He was tripped as can plainly be seen on the replay, even though that might not be a foul. That just completely destroyed Italy's chances.............Man hope they have better luck next time.

Again very good job to Korea. Such nice play...............great game.
