First, I forgot to mention a few minor additions:
-Assign Some Items To All Referees (Team ID 6004).
-Automatic Accessory Models.
-Automatic Faces, Skin And Boots For Teams.
-Regular Boot Models Used Instead Of Low LOD ones (Boots With Sock Parts Display Correctly)
-Possible Fix For Virtual Pros When Playing Online (Untested).
The virtual pro fix should fix issues with your pro when playing online, but assigned items may apply to other pros in your matches. Any feedback on this issue would be helpful.
Here is a list of identifyGK statements for all GKs in the original DB. Use the sorter script to add to the correct player file.

Alternately, you can use Excel (or other spreadsheet programs) to produce a list from your database's players table so new GKs are included. All GKs have a value of 0 in the preferredposition1 field.
Make sure you installed the mod in the correct path (eg. player.lua should be FIFA 15\data\fifarna\lua\assets\player.lua. Also make sure your game is actually regenerating, the modification date and time of your .bh files should match the last time you regenerated.
Partially. RM15 can enable final graphics using the final venue as an identifier, but this can cause problems when the final venue is an entrant's home stadium. I will try to add this this to the next version.

What statement did you use? I will test it.
It is not possible to fix this automatically, all values passed into player.lua identify the GK as an outfield player. The information at the top of this post should help though.
