What can I do to create the script:useOriginalKitNumberIdentifier() inside general.lua file? Can you add a download for this modified voice? I'm not able to do this and maybe in this case people like me will appreciate your mod completely...Can you help me,please? Thank you very much!

U have to open the general.lua file with notepad and then delete all inside and then put in the OriginalKitNumberIdentifier() and then save
hope I could help or another can with better english :)

Sorry for my bad English!!

I assume this is because they have been changed to generic boots in a recent squad update? I have already prepared fall back boot assignments for this issue.

If you are doing this based on the advice on the download page, you can alternately add the full set of replacement kit numbers instead. Link is now also in the second post of this thread.

Hey Scouser,

I wondered if I might run a few questions by you.

First, how exactly does one go about using the specificgoalpost.rx3 automated feature. I am able to assign specific net colors and net support posts, but I am confused as to how the automated goalposts work. As it is written in the documentation, the specificgoalpost.rx3 is not a texture file. How then do I apply a custom goalpost color or pattern without a texture? I see a goalpost_0_texture.rx3 that I believe is used as the base texture with which specific net support posts are assigned, but there is nothing in the documentation specifying how to implement it. Would it be specificgoalpost_$_#_texture.rx3 along with the specific goal post model. I hope that I've articulated my question clearly.

Second, I have come to the eventual realization that I cannot assign accessories to players that do not have one assigned in the db(which you did mention several times in the documentation). Having started a career, I do not want to edit the DB add the accessories. My initial thought was that I would just go and edit the player in-game to add wristbands, and then swap out the in-game set accessory via RM16. However, whenever I try to enter the edit player screen the game crashes. Is in-game editing and RM16 (beta) not compatible, or is this a problem with my install?

Lastly, if a player has an accessory with a left and right variant... say wristbands (accessory IDs 8&9)... and they are assigned to both wrists, how might one go about removing one of them (the right wrist) without removing the left one at the same time?

I installed V1.0 last night, and it ended up breaking my game so I had to re-install everything. I don't know what exactly caused it so I'm gonna have another try tonight. :-/ The beta version seemed to work just fine too. The game wouldn't even load.

I don't think that he's released V1 yet... did you mistakenly install RM15 V1.0?

You could disable the generic boot replacement function for now. A few users seem to want to allow generic boots for their VP only so I will try to make this possible.

1. The goal post feature is for models only. Somebody wanted to edit the support post model which is also in this file. I can add support for custom goal post textures if you are interested.

2. I am unaware of issues using the in game editor. Temporally disable RM16 (rename lua file and regenerate). Can you edit in game now?

3. Swap the right one for ID -1, they are treated separately in the lua file and DB.

Should be possible. I am looking to release V1.0 soon so I might delay this until the version after that if I am not able to add this restriction quickly.

RM16 V1.0 has not yet been released, using any RM15 version on FIFA 16 will crash your game.

Thanks for the info/suggestion:

1) I understand now... so automated goalposts was to automate models, not textures. If it's not too much trouble, then yea... that would be great if we could add custom goalpost textures via RM. Thanks!

2) It was - in fact - my game installation. I think my save got corrupted somehow. Either way, clean install fixed it.
