wow, that is a massive gap!!

but that's far from being a good thing, as it doesn't mean THAT MANY more people go to games in the EPL.
Prices for tickets in the Premierleague are just insanely high compared to all other major footballing countries in Europe

The Bundesliga is the biggest draw in European sports. The German league could easily generate 100M-200M more revenue by charging higher ticket prices. They are about 100% cheaper than the ones for the Premier League.

But then again, I rather see packed stadiums than a few bigname players.

What kind of seats cost so much? Does the price depend on the category of a game? But that's still expensive. On the "Lokomotiv" stadium the most expensive seats (excluding VIP) cost twice cheaper. On the 1st category match, of course.

that would be the average seat in the side stands. WIthout going in to too much detail: Behind the goal and high up the price goes down to £28. In the paddocks (lower down) it can go up to £40, then you have all the special areas (clubs, bars) £50 upwards.

it's no giveaway, but the pricing is fairly typical for a Premierleague club. I have a friend on my course who's a Chelsea fan, and when she told me the prices to go see the games I was shocked! 60 quid really is taking the piss :funny:

season tickets go from £270(at Blackburn) to £1825(at Arsenal)...Arsenal and Chelsea are the only teams to have season tickets who surpass the £1,000 line...the most expensive ones at Man Utd for instance are £741, at Liverpool £660...here's the full table(i got a lot of free time in my hands)

Wow. The most expensive season ticket in Aachen (which is a far as I remember the cheapest you can get in the Bundesliga).

Their prices are 135€ - 435€ (£91 - £293).

I don't know the other prices and I don't even find them on the internet. The only reason I know the prices for Aachen is that I read them like 30 minutes ago.

Bundesliga tickets at Bayern cost 10€ - 50€ (£8 - £34). Well if you are handicapped you get a ticket for 5€ (about £3).

We are ripped off big time in the premiership.

£40 at the least to sit in an all seater stadium with no atmosphere isn't what i call value for money.

It has come to the state where i only attend away fixtures because at least you can stand up and create an atmosphere without some mini-hitler breathing down your neck (not much they can do when thousands of you refuse to be seated)
