I'm not sure I understand what you mean. What is the problem with the eyes? No texture (green and red squares), are they not positioned correctly (too deep or off-center)? Are they the wrong color?

I see... it's strange because it doesn't look that way in CM16 on my PC. Check and see if you have an 'eyes.rx3' assigned to his ID. Look in the heads folder of your FIFA install. If there is not one, try and regenerate, because the game should automatically apply the default eyes for the face if there is not a specific one in the heads folder.

If you do have an eyes.rx3 assigned to his ID, delete it and see if the problem persists.

If you have further issues, I'll send you a png to import into CM16 to see if that works.
