He'd definitely be ahead of Romo and Parra IMO. I would like to see a line of three up front with Bofo, Bravo, and Cacho. Of course, if Cacho comes, Westerhof is going to have to do what Ranieri has done at Chelsea, rotation of players. It would be tough for Cacho but I would like it if he came. I know he has the capabilities of becoming a starter but it might be the wisest choice to stay at Cruz Azul or go to Toluca ( 
). At Cruz Azul, he'd be third choice with Chelito and Figueroa ahead of him.

I also heard Chivas is interested in Cesareo Victorino.
That guys been a bigger disappointment than Zepeda...i we all know how bad Zepeda is.
But of course, thats cuz hes never been at a club where he could unleash his full potential. Now that hes at Toluca, like most players, he'll play like never before. For example, there have been lots of players that were amazing players when they were at Toluca, now they all suck...such as

Antonio Taboada
David Rangel
Victor Ruiz
Adrian Garcia Arias
Most of these guys while playing for Toluca were called up to their natl teams...now they play for clubs like Chiapas.
