Your collars aren't really good and the edges around your minikits are very pixelated. Another thing, I think it's better if you start using the standard template EA uses, cause that'll look better in FIFA.
I think you should follow a tutorial, like this one (there are six parts). At least put more work in your minikits. Try to improve yourself.
