Hello mates

I have question about Shifty Petrescu a how is he going in his new club Unirea Urziceni ? (Shifty Petrescu he is our ex coach , sacked about 1-2 months ago :rolleyes: )

If football fans from Romania don't know we have in our squad two players from your country :

-> Ema Dolha - really good perfmorance in recent matches !
-> Norbert Varga - good player but yesterday sent off in UEFA CUP match against NANCY (N) (1-2 lost away)

Unirea U. is a small team so you can't expect much from them. I don't think he had any big results yet, but it's only been a few matches and I bet things will get better with time. I'm sure he'll be a great coach in a few years, given his ambition to do well as a manager too.

He takes it, signs it one page for me, and one page for my mate. Then he gives it back, we thank him and then we wish him good luck in the match against Poli Iasi. First time I get an autograph from such a well-known player, didn't expect him to be so kind and modest.

He's already shown signs of being a very good coach. Remember his performance as Sportu's manager. Wisla were stupid to fire him. But hey just another class guy in Liga 1 :)

Shifty Petrescu, Cosmin Olaroiu, Razvan Lucescu, Mircea Rednic, Dorinel Munteanu all great young coaches. This is why Romanian club football has been improving so much over the past couple of years.

We should be happy cause we didn't loose. Ceahlaul had 2 ocations ... 1 on 1 with Cernea ... but they couldn't get the ball past him.
As for us ... we didn't have big chances ... and I hope we will regain our strength.

So Ganea to Rapid and Lobont to Dinamo...

What's your projected order for the end of the season? It will be hard for Steaua to get near to Dinamo's back but with their current squad changes and if we manage to make a couple more transfers, I think we can really reduce the difference, if not all of it. Oh and I'm really surprised with Gloria this season, Sabau is doing a hell of a job, they're 6th now (and yeah, I've got his autograph (H)).

I don't think we're gonna lost that second spot, we have too much depth for that to happen. If we can get our road woes fixed we might even have a chance to catch Dinamo. Imagine if we go on like a 6-7 game winning streak and Dinamo ties one and loses another game during that streak. It would put them on their heels.
