I just want to state, i am really disappointed with you saying bad things about our NT stadium. Not bacause of national cause or something- it's just pure fact it's one of the best stadiums in Europe, it has the HIGHEST rank, and NO, you're wrong, the pitch wasn't "poor" at all. It's grass is the same as in Kamp Nou, an the reason for this ballet was the pure and simple fact, that the rain didn't stoped for three days in a row, which could be hardly prevented even from the best water outterleading system.

why do you ignore as to what people are saying? Obviously the stadium sucked, it rained FOR THREE DAYS IN A ROW. Did you not see that? Obviously the pitch sucked... nobody said that it didn't. It sucked BECAUSE it rained for so long. And don't lecture me about language? YOU tried to make ME feel stupid TWICE about my language and came out wrong BOTH times. Who needs to shut their mouth? I think you misread my post... I said where I started an insult. At that point, I was completely fed up with silence or whatever. Now would you mind answering me my question? It's probably very far back in the thread by now so I'll ask again...How did you guys do against Belarus? Was it very easy or did they have a fair amount of chances missed? Do you think they're better or worse than Slovenia? I haven't seen either country play in quite a while.

The press had a hard time with the their performance (as usual). They expect us to beat the minnows by 5 or more goals or the result simply isn't good enough. That's the general consensus of what the press thinks about the Romanian NT and its fans think the same. They haven't realized over there that football has changed. When you see results like England - Macedonia 0-0 and Scotland - France 1-0 or N. Irelands win against Spain you know football has changed and minnows are starting to catch up. The Romanian people have to understand that.

I didn't get to see the match but from what I read and from the highlights I've seen, it looks like we dominated most of the match and created some good chances on which we should of scored but missed like little children. Overall though, the manager declared himself pleased and to be honest I have to agree with him. This was a good result against an unpredictable team and for now it has us in first place of the group.

People don't realize this but in 35 matches at the helm of the Romanian NT, Piturca has won 21 matches, drawn 9 and lost only 5. That is one damn good record if you ask me. The guys selection is very fishy sometimes but he gets the results. I GUARANTEE that if he will be in charge this entire qualifying campaing he will get us to EURO 2008 just like he did with EURO 2000. He knows his stuff.

I definitely agree...smaller teams are catching up, it's all good though, more competition! And yeah with a 3-1 result, it probably was a comfortable win...I wouldn't bother questioning the coach's selection, his record looks very impressive...unlike ours I'd be interested to see how you guys do against Slovenia so I could draw some comparisons from paper as (sadly) I can't see most of these games on TV.

The FRF just set up friendlys with Spain and Germany in November and February as preparation for the match against Netherlands

those are good opponents to practice against. It'll set you guys up nicely for the qualifier as they're similar calibre teams.

i think germany's curret condition seem to be even better than the dutch one. indeed nice to be up to play them.

Bulgaria...Stilian Petrov left the team and Martin Petrov is out for at least 6 months which means, we're bound to lose our next game and I don't even know who we're playing.

hey man...I don't know if you've watched any of our games..but Martin, has scored almost all the goals and he's one of the main players. Almost the whole nation has no confidence in stoitchkov as a coach and our captain has left the team. You outplayed us before, there's no way we're any better at this point

I know dude but you're still just showing this "give-up" attitude which bugs me. I hate when people do that and I myself and sometimes guilty of it.

We're just not so big to have our best players out of the team.This is a pure fact.
Romania is getting stronger, now with Radoi back, and although i don't feel sorry for us or something, i should admit- we're in a worse position that before. Since this coach is on the top of the spot.
I am personaly ashamed of Stoichkov's uneducated shibby behaviour. He might be freak, but he should at least try to act mature, which he doesn't even give a try! so he is well responsible for what's happening and should finally get fired!
sadly, this won't happend soon for a couple of reasons.
