Ronaldinho has begun training in his hometown of Porto Alegre, he has been working hard to get ready for the Olympic games where he will be one of the players older of age that will play on the Brazilian National Team. He has also been having trouble with Barcelona, as they dont want to release him for the games, Ronaldinho says its is not fair because Barca realeased Etoo to play and not letting him would not be just..you gotta love the pic..hehe take a look at the trainers face.

He will definitly go to the Olympics and he deserves to, he is showing determination by training and anyway Barça are being jerks (to say the least) by not letting him go. They said that he wasnt in their plans for next season, so let the man do what he wants for gods sake. Lets not blame, but Barça was a huge part in his downfall (of course because he played on the team) but what happend to him was a majorly Barças fault, i dont even know where to begin on this subject though...

Strange, don't see what the appeal of the Olympics is? If you win it you can hardly say you've beaten the best as so many don't take it seriously. This smells more like putting himself in the shop window for that big money move he wants. Maybe Milan will see how he does in China fitness wise.

I think he sees it more as a chance to have fun. The competition will be weak and there's no pressure to perform.

As for Barcelona, I can understand not wanting him to go. If he gets injured, his transfer cost decreases tremendously.

Well we brazilians care about it, cause i believe its like the only trophey we dont have! So its a good enough reason to compete, also, since the majority of the players have to be U23, its a good tournament to watch the youngsters who are our future for the national team.

This moment if perfect for Ronaldinho because he will get fit for the Olympics, and be ready just in time for the new season to kick off in great shape!
