Ronaldinho dreaming of Man United

If Ronaldinho comes into the United squad, I wonder whose place in the team will be under threat.
Ronaldinho would play just behind RVN, with Beckham on the right and Keane in the middle. Scholes would most probably back up RVN from midfield as well, and most probably Giggs on the left.
Where does that leave $35 million dollar Seba Veron? I know about squad rotation and all, but I guess Scholes would be first choice when it comes to that offensive midfield position.

The same will happen to Ronaldinho as what happened to Veron - they will not know where to play him and ultimately he will not play his best. A world class player will be sacafised either way in the lineup. Unless of course they change thier formation to 3-5-1.
I'm gonna agree with you that possibly, and I emphasise possibly that Keane and Giggs are past it. But how would Ronaldinho be a replacement for Keane? They're completely different players. Not sure about Giggs though, can Ron play on the left?
Why would we need our 3 strikers? Hmm what if one of them gets injured? And traditionally United have had a rotation of 4 strikers!
South American players who go to play in England also most of the time require about half a season to a full year to get complete acclimatized to their new environment ie Veron.
Unless France is very similar to England in terms of surroundings of course, but I wouldnt know about that.
Hopefully should Ronaldinho move to Manchester he can find his feet from the word go.

It won't be boring.Both teams have been playing attacking football.Juve scored 4 against Madrid.Milan couldn't because Inter's defence was solid.It'll be a truly good enoyable game.

Actually the return leg where we beat Juve they had recovered from this "flu" and were only missing Del Piero and one other player i think.
You seem to forget Ronaldo who went to Italy and did terribly. Brazilian players are able to express themselves adequately in England.

The fact that United want to sign Ronaldinho is NOTHING to do with selling players. United have a depleated squad in comparison to Arsenal and Liverpool and most other top european teams. Sir Alex has already said that no-one will be leaving, but the squad will be added to by a couple of world class players. United only probably need two players, so that if there are injuries in the season (like last year around november/ december when United supposedly 'lost the league') they can bring in other world class players to replace. What you'll probably see is a domestic team and a european team.
P.S. if anyone else hints that Scholes is crap then they need a slap. Him, RVN and Keano won the league for United, Remember that hat-trick in a 6-2 victory at Newcastle? That was only a month ago!

anyways...man u need a fourth striker...it was a miracle of them to win the league using 3 strikers who have scored a total of 64 goals in all competitions for united....and 40 goals in total in the league...how remarkable....also ronaldinho will provide creativity and can do a seaman on all the keepers...especially seaman...
and i am hoping that kewell stays....
btw...it looks like liverpool only get players from france....

Ok fair play to you, but i would of read it if Kewell was interested in a Man Utd move, im not saying he's interested in Liverpool either, he may want to stay at Leeds after all, but im saying, i read in the newspaper and on a few sites here, that Kewell was ready to reject a Man Utd offer.
Speculation more than likely, but i am interested to read the article of Kewell expressing interest in Man Utd.
Well, Veron will be on the bench but don't forget that there are plenty of injuries and suspensions, plus he deserved to be on the bench for his display in EPL. So, i think it will only be good for him because then he will understand that his career is going down and he will then take every chance given to him to get back his starting place. That's what i think will happen. So, it will only be good for him as he will then work 10 times harder, plus he said that he won't leave until he proves that he is a great player. And that's what we will be waiting for him to do. Even if Veron will start on the bench, then how many game do you think he will miss 5 games max and by that time he wll play as sub and start proving he is worth picking. Or maybe Fergie will do a Real Madrid keeper way last season, when there were 2 same keepers both great Cassilas and Cesar(poor guy was getting hurt more than anyone on the field, sooooo brave) and he will start picking Veron for one game and then Scholes for the other, then Veron again and etc. etc etc.
