Rosters for Italy 1990 world cup?

I just got Pro Evolution Soccer 4 for PC...like it a lot. I was wondering if anyone ever created a roster pack/patch (teams) for the World Cup of Italy 1990?

It was the first world cup I watched and it made me a football fan forever. Shame about that disgrace penalty kick in the final game though. ;)

If anyone haven't done it I would love to create one (I have plenty of experience editing the EA's NHL series via roster editor). Could you guys be so kind and give me some pointers to proper utilities for PES4?
