Roy Keane has lost a slight edge from his original self after his operation earlier in the season, and he himself has admitted it. He'll have to adapt a slightly less active style in the central midfield role and it will take a bit of time.

If he can finally win the Champions League with United, after missing out on the 1999 triumph via suspension, then he might hang up his boots.

He remains a colossal figure in the dressing room and is an absolute inspiration.
