runtime error in Face Raptor 2

Upon making a new face using Face Raptor 2, I had opened the face texture bmp & there weren't any problems. Once opening the hair texture files which i assume should be bmp's, a popup appeared written "Run-time error '76' , path not found." After this it promptly closes & so it continues ...

Help would be much appreciated
