Rx3 to Cff cyberface converter

I try to convert a .rx3 file to .cff with the converter that exists.

The thing is that when I do I get a corrupted file and when I opened it with notepad I saw this thing

Number of blocks=0
Number of vertex and faces per block=

Has anyone experienced similar problems?

what??so then how can you edit or see the 3d files in blender..
You must be mistaken because there are many facemakers that post pictures from blender (which requires the rx3 to cff conversion)

That's cause they are fifa 11 models...not fifa 12
