Tonie here are Estadio Municipal de Braga .o files maybe you can try with this one, since it wasn´t made with ECP tools it was converted from Euro 2004, i hope there´s some kind o program different from oif tool that allow to extract them.

But there is a big mistake
All three Stadium versions (Night, Overcast, Clear day) have the same sky texture. That mean the Night and the Overcast Version have the Clear day Sky texture.
Can you please edit the mistake

You ca build stadiums with every programm that can export 3dsfiles, like "3ds max".
