Javier worked on Gago and Del Neri's going to work on Zarate, so I suggest you work on some other players.

I think working on new young players rocks. Players like:
Bosquets (Barca)
Rafael (ManU)
Mata (Valencia)
Levazzi-Denis (Napoli)

But I think it's better that you work on your heros, because you saw many matches that they involves so its easier and more interesting for you to work on them.
