Lol, dude. Which part of "FIFA 11 NG heads" do you not understand? The models are going to be different. Yes, some faces look like they're similar to their FIFA 10 PC counterparts, but the file extension has changed, vertex points and poly counts - entire meshes for that matter - have changed. Facemaking is no longer possible for the time being. I gotta make that clear to the community.
