Satin look for kits in Medium detail ???

I was wondering if there is anyway to add the satin look that we have for the kits in high detail, for the medium detail.(PES2008)

Unfortunately there isn't - I think that satin effect is applied by light sourcing and pixel shading used in high detail. You could always find the texture images in the cv_0.img file and apply them to each kit yourself in a paint package and mess about with the brightness and contrast, but that of course is very long winded and still wouldn't replicate the same effect as high detail.
