Save controller settings

Hey Guys!

was wondering how do you save the controller settings?

like ive changed the buttons for my gamepad but everytime after starting up fifa2004 i have to re-change them.. ive tried saving to the profile after changing the controls but it doesnt seem to work.. or should it work?

I had that problem with FIFA 2003. It's kind of bug or something. Everytime I started a match i had to define my keys, especially the sprint button. I thought that EA fixed it, but as i hear from you they didnt.

think yourself lucky.... my controller "apparently" isn't compatable so even after the 1.1 patch I cant change the buttons.

What kind of gamepad are you using?

Same Problem....

I'm using one of those USB PS2 Adaptors, and after i downloaded the latest patch, and i go to the controller settings, all i can modify are keyboard controllers...

And my gamepad isn't detected in the settings, but it functions perfectly during the game... all i want to do is change the buttons!

Go to game options and select SAVE/LOAD

then save ur Profile ... ur controller settings will be saved.

they arent saved for me

the same thing happens to me, and i do save it in my profile...which i have to manually load every single time i start the game.

I don't know if that is the case, but if you don't, use only one profile. If you have multiple profiles, the game will always load the one which was created first, by default.
