saving stats and formations

Hi, i need to save the data form creation center to a disk as i need to re-install the game, because forgot to patch it before i started changing every ting, and dont want to have to do it al again, as i have spent a lot of work on the lower teams and stats and formations and so on...
Also in the form of a player is 5 best of worst???

I know that the C.Center changes directly into the games data base. but, is it not possible to save the file which C.Center changes and if so which file is it

data\cmn\fifa.db
data\cmn\fe\eng.db

if you're editing onther than english database, you need to save the proper data\cmn\fe\???.db file ;)
