Ive looked for this file for hours. For testing I've deleted all the big files from the folder and started the game, and this picture was still shown for a few seconds before the game crashed to desktop. So, my guess is, the picture is not in a file, but in the binary (.exe) directly. So untouchable in a way

1.C:\Program Files (x86)\EA Sports\FIFA 11\Game\data\ui\game\screens\bootflow
2.C:\Program Files (x86)\EA Sports\FIFA 11\Game\data\ui\game\components
3.C:\Program Files (x86)\EA Sports\FIFA 11\Game\data\ui\game\background

Diego all i know is that romanian team from fifa-infinity made the changes and there is no exe hexing involved...
so, my conclusion is this: that picture is somewhere in the "big" files...thats all i can say...the rest, if they want it,
they will tell you how they've done it.
