What does it matter about the graphics? They are as good as they need to be!
There are enough people in the FIFA community who spend their lives making leagues, jerseys etc. without having EA consume their time improving graphics and leagues without concentrating on what needs to be fixed, ie. THE FREAKING GAMEPLAY!
There are plenty of opportunities to add leagues, uniforms, etc. after the game is released but given EA's refusal to issue patches to correct their mistakes we're stuck with the gameplay until the next version comes out.
The gameplay should be concentrated on first and foremost not the graphics. Concentrate on:
(1) Correcting the heading, it makes the game a disgrace and the worst version of heading in any FIFA title ever.
(2) Get somebody to test the freaking thing becasue there are more errors in it than all the previous FIFA's combined, players holding cards, goalkeepers diving on the ball 40 yards out, rebounds at the spped of light etc.
(3) Quit this automated BS. We want to be able to control out defense on crosses not have the cPU take control of our players and if they screw up and the CPU scores we're left feeling there's nothing we could have done about it anyway.
EA, sort yourselfs out. FIFA 2003 (other than the graphics) was complete crap. You're doing all Konami's advertising for them. You do realise with the wider market of Konami's games now that people are turning away from the FIFA series in hoardes. It's the same in every FIFA forum on the internet. The word spreads that Konami doesn't have these gameplay issues, somebody buys it and they tell their friends and so on.
If you want a soccer market I suggest you listen up and fix the gameplay before the only people who buy it are grandmothers for their grandkids who don't have a freaking clue.
Once again, press EA to change the gameplay and if they have time put in more leagues, etc. Let's make them get the gameplay right, the leagues and jerseys if you're fussed about them you can do yourself.
