Searching for a patch

I am searching for a patch that does the following things:

1. Updates the transfers up to the end of Jan transfer window
2. Puts Angola, Togo and Ghana and other lesser qualified WC teams in the game
3. Updates the world cup squad, e.g Walcott in the England squad.

I tried the Soccer Acess patch but it failed

Use superpatch 3 I'd say, it fixes demand 1 and 2 of your list. WC squads, however, you must fix yourself I guess.

Soccer Access patch worked fine for me. Have you tried using a different download mirror?

It downloads fine, but when I upload it in DKZ studio, when I do "Apply Patch in Folder" I get a message saying something about the file wasn't found in the folder.

Another problem has occured. I've managed to download the patch, and I did what I was told (applied patch in folder) but when I click on the icon the game does not load up.
