Who has or can edit the kits of the german Bundesliga Teams?

Please help me.

Wolfsburg: home, away
Schalke: away, third, (keeper and home will follow today)
Hetha: home
Rostock: home

Kaiserslautern Kits are made by mufcthereligion and Hagi
VFB Stuttgart Home is made by nootje (and other)
Freiburg Home is made by Joris
and so on...
