what second division teams are there?
Whoops!
I didnt mean the big.ini file, I meant the "soccer" file in the main fifa2003 folder (this is the file where you edit for the various cheats: practice, perfect keepers, etc.)
At any rate, I inserted the line for unlocking all teams, but I do not see them in the game... any ideas?

Well I don't have a top of the line computer, so the PS2 version is my only option.

second division teams are really the top English Div1 teams, that are in Fifa2003 to replace clubs that finish btm of the table in EPL div.
To get them for friendly mode etc, download FIFA 2003 Creation Centre, open the dev_all_data.mdb using access or a program that opens it, open the Federations table, click the [+] next to rest of the world (or a league u want them in, probably will crash EPL league mode if u add them in to english div, not sure havent tried)
Scholl down to the bottom of the rest of the world table and then add the number of the club u want to add in the teams column.
Look in the teams table to find out wot number the teams are
Ipswich is 94
Millwall/London is 97
Wolves is 110
Leicester is 95
Derby is 91
Once u have done this, save the tables and exit out, run FIFA2003CC.exe, look in the rest of the world team roster and u should see the teams u have just added.
Now go to package now click install, this should install it, then run Fifa2003, go to rest of the world in friendly mode, find the new teams u have just added.
u can download the file from http://n00b.org.uk/1stdiv.zip, im not sure if it works 100% cba to test it but it should,

I am in the process of adding the Nationwide division 1 teams
so far i have created
Stoke City (my local team)
Grimsby
Shefield wed
Millwall (might delete now and use the ingame millwall)
Brighton and hove
and i think one more.
So these extra couple of teams will help by giving me an idea of what EA think 1st div teams shoudl be at skill point wise
ONE thing i have noticed though, if you edit or create a tema with creation centre, then install your created package. all tjhe players will be in the wrong positions in Fifa
anybody knwo how to stop that from happening?

can i see your grimsby kit please (if you've made 1)
at the moment i have only done grimbsby kit with creation centre, so its pretty poor.
I will be doing the kits properly, i am new to kits so its a bit slow
only just figured out how to do it. a friend did stoke for me, and using that i have sorted out how to do them for myslef
but i will let you know when i have done it
