See what I mean about the game cheating? look at this, his legs go through both of mine to clear the ball? if he didn't do that I would be 1on1 with the GK.

Also to add, the game is brilliant when the CPU is fair, when they cheat it spoils the game. Bring on the excuses, I can't wait to hear them.

And don't say it's poor modelling, because if that was the case the ball wouldn't touch their feet.

It's a replay, put it in your save folder and watch it, well all those not in-denial can, the hardcore fans might not want to see this, as it may give you nightmares.

I also have a replay where I am in the box and get pushed off it, nothing happens, is this real?

I can't really be arsed to watch your replay, but i'll take your word for it. In my game Aston Villa scored a winner in the last minute of cup semi-final over time with the ball going right through my defenders' legs. I mean literally, trough his legs. It's as if the game wants to score it will just shoot and make the engine ignore all physics and logic to let it in.

Yea, or get a CPU controlled defender to give away a retarded penalty just so the CPU can catch up.

Although last week I seen henry turn invisible so he could go through the advancing goalkeeper and get the ball and score so it is realistic :D

But this just proves the game cheats sometimes, fair enough if it happens alot, but the best thing about this is the fact it doesn't, which is 100% cheating.

The most extreme example of this I've seen was a situation, where the ball was rolling towards the sideline and going out, I had put my controller down for a second to rest my thumbs (cause it was a dead play afterall) when suddenly the CPU attacker sprinted towards the ball which was about 30 yards ahead of him and going out, my CPU controlled left back then hurried in to the rescue, trying to block him out of this extremely dangerous situation, wheet-wheeeet, a penalty given. I actually laughed for a minute or so, it was so f'ucking hilarious.

that is a bug ... a graphics colision bug.

its not cheat , because , and you may believe me or not ... i had situations like that , but , in favor to me !

you remind me of my team ( fc porto ) .... always loses in the last 5 minutes ( if you dont know this years european history , just go into soccer forum ) ... and they always say : " it was bad luck " ...

I have had it to me aswell but it's still a cheat as it only occurs to favour one team, although I don't cut out a 1on1 situation with it when it happens to me, I don't get anything out of it really.

It's the whole gameplay sometimes, some matches you feel like you have no control over some players while in other matches you have complete control, ah well.

Ha, I had the goalkeeper walk through the goalpost to dispossess me of the ball!

Then again, when the ball goes out of play, the players sometimes walk through the adboards so I really don't think this is any deliberate attempt to cheat, it's just that the programming doesn't have as good collision mapping as it necessary. Remember that it was written for the PS2 which can only handle so many calculations and then ported to the PC and X-Box.

The next gen systems can handle the math to theoretically make pixel-perfect collision mapping.

Adboards are different though, they don't do nothing so it wouldn't matter if you could walk through them or not. The game is just dirty, sometimes my players run away from the ball although my finger is glued to R1.

Anyway, I might as wellt ake my team off red form because the difference it makes is very little if any.

man i have son many replays where the ball goes through my player, once i tried to head it in the goal but he missed, so i watched the replay and the ball went through his head.
I dont know what kind of bull**** this is, but ive never seen this in previous versions of pes!

I with Wolf on this. It's just some bad code. I don't see it that much, really, and I do check goal replays. It's very rare. Collision detection will improve in the next gen.

I happens a lot, it happens in every match, just watch the reaplay when you think you had the ball but the cpu magically got it from you.
And why now bad coding all of a sudden, while this never happend in previous pes versions? Only limps would go through each other but never the ball, the ball was always perfect!

Like I said, I don't see it as much as you claim. I've seen it happen, mostly by me, once every blue moon. I rarely feel cheated so I don't really look for it that much.

I dont see the problem...i play on 6* with some good players and some newcomers...if the cpu scores one i just score 2...

This thing has been happening since PES 1 till now. It happens in favour of the VPU and also me. Just live with it. Yeah sure the consumers have the right to give their views, if you thing this thing happens only in the cpu favour just play multiplayer. Then again you'll see that the thing is random since it would happen to your friend by to your favour or the other way round.

by the way , i made some premelinary tests , so cant really confirm it ... but have anyone tested colisions with lodmixer = 1,1,1,1,1 ? i made some tests with goolkeeps gluves and the ball , and although not perfect ... they are much better ( at least on the test i did )

It's a colision problem, happens at both ends but you tend not to notice things when they work in your favour.
