Great game, but kinda lacked atmosphere being an afternoon match (plus TLN drowning out all crowd noise). Im glad there was a winner, and this pretty much locks up the scudetto for Juve. Its theirs to lose, considering Milan has much tougher remaining opponents.

But what would a Serie A game involving Milan and Juve be without its share of comical officiating? How Milan were given 5 minutes of extra time is pretty strange considering nothing out of the ordinary happend and 3 min would have been just. It just reflects poorly on the league when this stuff happens. The Cannavaro handball was clearly not a PK, and shirt tug wasnt enough for a penalty.

Ive bashed Juve for being predictable going forward, but theyre still a VERY solid team that doesnt let in too many shady goals. Juve wins scudetto, Milan (hopefully) wins Champions League, and Parma & Fiorentina avoid relegation, everything ends happily ever after.

scudetto>>champions league

whether juve wins or milan grabs a double

Actually no.

Carlo has said countless times that he would rather win the CL. And hes not the only coach to say that.

Though the difference between him and coaches that have made their preferences (*Wenger*) is that his team actually has a chance at winning both competitions.

Its gonna be a repeat of 2002/2003 trophy wise

WOOOOOOOOOOOHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!, ive been out partying after this one!!! watched it live at a casino here in perth and i loved it!!!

what a game!!! what a winner!!! and what a team!!! FORZA JUVENTUS!!!

del piero - man of the match for sure!!

guys i have one very good question to ask?

Juve are now a big step towards winning the scudetto. if they win the scudetto and milan are crowned champions of europe who is the better team? i as this because i assume the champion of europe must also have won the domestic title if they are the best. i mean if juve win the scudetto does that still make them 2nd best over milan??

Well, Liverpool won't just go there and let you win it...Rafa Benitez's tactics are really good and if Carletto keeps using those stupid tactics he has been using lately he'll surely lose.

it means that milan were the better team in CL and that Juventus were the better team in serie a, although some could argue that milan played more games.....depends on how you loook at it

seemed to me like the juve defence was instructed to hack kaka every time he was on the ball.... but having said that, milan did nothing to deserve one point from this game, let alone three. aside from a few nice touches from sheva, milan offered nothing going forward - throwing away posession countless times and employing the long ball far too often. quite simply, they lacked spark going forward and juve justly got their clean sheet. the goal was class.... juve could well have scored one or two more.

the scudetto race is over. congratulations juventus. (C)

and plenty of coaches see it the other way

it's very much based on opinion,
the point is that most other domestic league winning supporters would NOT be jeleous of milan winning the CL

Ah, Juve will lose to Zola and free scoring Livorno and Gilardino will start his Milan career in the next few weeks.

We will still win the double (H)

sheva are u joking or what???

there is something about us aussies that i love and that is sportsmanship. i seem to recall parra was a milan fan and for him to say what he did against his team marks some sportsmanship!!

thank you parra. the race however is still not over, but juve having 2 home games to milans 1 left should win it!!

home games when they're still in italy aren't that tough, especially for the big teams where the players are so mentally tough

the disadvantage milan has from now on in is the calibre of opponents, palermo and udinese

although parma will be tough for juve
