I've just downloaded this tool from PES PC files to use in my PES 4 and I don't know what file I have to open to change colors and numbers on kits. Please help me, what file I have to open?

i download WE8 set default color version 3.2.0 from pes-pc file, there is no read me inside the RAR compression.

i don't know whats my param_dat.bin.000 size. how to know it btw? and if it was < or >, what can i do?
