Set Max FPS?

I'd like to make my max FPS 59 because when I play with v sync on I get a slight delay, as one would expect.

How can I do this for FIFA 13 on PC? Thanks

go to game settings in fifaconfig.exe file, in in game location,u can do it 30 or 60
